What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing you need to do — we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Your chauffeur waits up to 60 minutes after landing free of charge.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name on it. If you prefer a different meeting point, add it to the meet & greet instructions when booking.

How do I pay?

In the vehicle, in cash or by card. There is no prepayment: the fare you see when booking is the fare you pay, with all luggage and waiting time included.

Can I cancel?

Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup. After that, contact us and we will find a solution.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, at no extra cost. Tell us the number of child and baby seats you need in the booking form and they will be installed before pickup.

Is the price fixed?

Fares for the listed places are fixed at booking. If you enter a free-form address we show a marked estimate, and confirm the exact fixed fare by email before your trip.
